Drink Pink

Hi Everyone,

The Waltz kids are having a pink lemonade stand tomorrow Sunday, August 5th from 5:00-7:00.  The proceeds will benefit .....  you guessed it- Tour de PinkTour de Pink is the bike ride we will participate in benefitting the fight against breast cancer.  The kids will be selling pink lemonade and pink lemonade cookies!  If you will be on the west side of Houston tomorrow, email me and I will send you directions to our house.  We hope to see YOU.

Training update- we are up to 4 miles.  After many melt downs because of heat exhaustion and mosquitoes, we are hopefully in a good place.  The REI gift card the twins won helped to pay for camelbacks- so no more thirst complaints (Juju).  We also had to replace tires on a bike- so no more flat tires (Bella).  And, found a decent deet free mosquito spray that seems to be working- so no more crying about mosquitoes (Jacob).  Now, momma just needs a butt pad and we should be good!

PINK LEMONADE STAND
benefitting
Hello Neighbors!
We are having a pink lemonade stand Sunday, August 5 from 5:00-7:00.  The money raised will go towards Tour de Pink, the first bike ride in Texas solely benefiting breast cancer.  Tour de Pink is an event brought to you by Pink Ribbons Project, an organization that fights breast cancer through awareness and education, outreach initiatives and the support of proper screening for the medically underserved and underinsured population in the Greater Houston Area.

This is the first year our family participates in Tour de Pink and we plan to ride the 12 mile route.  Please support us as we work towards our fundraising goal.  We will be selling pink lemonade and pink lemonade cookies!

Thank YOU!
The Waltz Family- Brett, Amy, Isabella, Jacob, Julia

Be Well,
