In the cycling world, a Prime is a prize given to the rider who is the first to pass a certain point during a race. Training update:  we are up to 5 miles, well sort of.  Juju said yesterday she wasn’t sure if she could finish the 12 miles and I told her “that’s okay, there will be ambulances all along the ride to pick you up if you need one.”  Sigh………
